Trade & Referral Partners

THE FACTORY BEHIND THE CAMPAIGN

Exodus Design Studio manufactures retail displays, corporate merchandise, campaign collateral and vehicle branding in its own facility in Valenzuela City, Philippines. We work behind agencies, designers and event producers on trade terms — you keep the client, we build the work.

Who this is for

You win the work. We make it.

Most of what we produce never carries our name. It arrives on a shelf, at a launch or on a fleet under someone else's campaign — and that is exactly how our partners prefer it.

Two ways to work with us

Keep the client, or just make the introduction

Most partners want to stay in front of their client and control their own margin. Some would rather hand it over and step away. Both work.

Most partners choose this

Trade partner

You buy at trade price and present the work as your own. We produce it and stay out of view. You set your own margin and keep the client relationship entirely.

  • Trade price list on approval — you decide what you charge
  • White-label: no Exodus branding on the goods unless you ask for it
  • We never contact your client directly, and never approach them afterwards
  • Delivery under your name, or direct to store on your behalf
  • Artwork templates and prepress support so files land right first time
You keep the client, the margin and the credit.
Simpler, hands-off

Referral partner

5–8% of first project value

Introduce us and step away. We quote, produce and deliver directly, and you are paid on the first project once it is collected.

  • One introduction is all that is required from you
  • No involvement in artwork, production or delivery
  • Paid on the first project, on collection
  • You are told how the project is progressing, without having to manage it
No account management, no exposure if a deadline slips.

Why a manufacturer, not a middleman

Your deadline shouldn't depend on someone else's subcontractor

The usual risk in outsourcing fabrication is discovering, a week before the in-store date, that your supplier was a broker. Everything below is produced under one roof.

Producing since

Twenty-five years of physical brand execution for Philippine brands, through every retail cycle and campaign format.

In-house
Nothing outsourced

Two HP Latex large-format printers, a Zünd digital cutting system and in-house sewing. Your deadline is not dependent on someone else’s subcontractor.

4
Categories, one supplier

Retail displays, corporate merchandise, campaign collateral and vehicle branding from a single account — instead of managing four vendors on one campaign.

First step

Start with something you can hold

Displays are judged by hand — how the board feels, how the print sits on it, whether a shelf holds its load. So the first thing we send is not a deck.

  • Material samples: corrugated, D-board, honeycomb and PVC-free printable fabric
  • A miniature flat-pack display you can assemble on a desk
  • Print quality swatches on each substrate
  • An unbranded capability deck you can put in front of your own client
  • Artwork templates for the formats you use most
Straight answers

The questions agencies actually ask first

Will you go around me and approach my client?

No. On the trade track that is a written condition of the arrangement, not a courtesy. Your client is your client — we have no interest in a one-off order at the cost of a partner who brings work repeatedly.

Will your branding be on the finished work?

Not unless you want it there. Trade work ships unbranded by default, and can be delivered under your name.

Do you actually manufacture, or subcontract it?

We manufacture. Printing, cutting and sewing all happen in our own facility in Valenzuela — you are welcome to visit and watch a run.

Can you hold a campaign deadline?

Because production is in-house we control the schedule rather than queue behind another factory’s work. Tell us the in-store date and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable before you commit to your client.

What if my client only needs a small run?

Minimum quantities exist because setup cost is spread across the run, but they are not absolute — prototypes, pilot stores and pre-rollout samples are normal. Ask.

We need something that is not on your site.

Most partner work is bespoke. If it can be printed, cut, folded or sewn, send the drawing and we will tell you whether we can build it.

Request trade pricing

Tell us what you produce and we will send the trade price list, the sample kit, and the artwork templates for your formats.

Which suits you?

Trade pricing is shared on application rather than published, so partners are not undercut by our own public quotes.
